At Complete, our sister company 6 Legge Lane Management handles our Block Management. Our team of block management specialists oversee the maintenance and general upkeep of the communal areas both inside and outside of the development. They are the first point of contact for all communal enquiries and any items relating to any lease breaches. We assist with the preparation of budgets, organising billing and the collection of service charges and ground rents on behalf of the freeholder.

Tenant and Client Money Protection
6 Legge Lane Management Ltd is a member of UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents), our membership number is 7083, which is a client money protection scheme. A copy of our certificate can be accessed here, which will be updated annually and replaced as and when our membership with UKALA is renewed. A copy of our client accounting procedures can be accessed here.
