Throughout 2022, the property industry has seen a boom in rental demand echoed by the current performance across our portfolios. Currently, as a company, we’re at an impressive 98% occupancy rate. The average rental growth across our properties in 2022 has been 10%. More specifically we have seen the strongest growth in our UK Regional Cities at 14% followed by London at 8% and Berlin at 7% this year. We continue to see growth across our tenancy renewals having achieved a 5.38% increase on renewals in London, a 3.45% increase in Manchester and a 1.45% in Birmingham.
