In 2023, our portfolios demonstrated strong performance. Our company currently boasts a 99% occupancy rate and an average rental increase of 9% across our portfolio. The most significant growth was observed in London with a 12% increase, followed by UK Regional Cities at 10%, and Berlin with a 6% increase. Our tenancy renewals also experienced growth, with a 7.65% increase in London, 5.25% in Manchester, and 5.54% in Birmingham. Additionally, we completed 229 units throughout the year and have successfully completed and manage 5 new developments.
