In 2023, our portfolios demonstrated strong performance. Our company currently boasts a 99% occupancy rate and an average rental increase of 9% across our portfolio. The most significant growth was observed in London with a 12% increase, followed by UK Regional Cities at 10%, and Berlin with a 6% increase. Our tenancy renewals also experienced growth, with a 7.65% increase in London, 5.25% in Manchester, and 5.54% in Birmingham. Additionally, we completed 229 units throughout the year and have successfully completed and manage 5 new developments.

We’re pleased to share updates on several new developments for which we have assumed the primary role in property management under IP Global.

Century Square, aptly named for its proximity to the historic Old Trafford Cricket Ground, consists of 116 apartments spanning ten floors in the iconic Trafford area of Manchester. Each contemporary unit is crafted with a focus on convenience and modern living.

Trafford stands out as the primary business and enterprise hub in the Manchester City Region, by being home to the highest number of companies per capita. Apart from its role in the corporate landscape, Trafford is acknowledged for its lifestyle offerings, particularly in sports. With landmarks like Manchester United’s Football Stadium and Lancashire County Cricket Club, residents have easy access to world-class entertainment. Trafford offers a good mix of affordability and proximity to Manchester's city centre, making it attractive to young professionals, but more in particular those with lower income job roles when compared to neighbouring Salford Quays. Typically, you’re looking at a tenant in their early twenties earning between £20,000 and £25,000 a year. Generally, the most popular units are one-bed and two-bed apartments.
