Please be aware of Cybercrime. If you are moving into a new property through Complete, we will never contact you requesting you to transfer the move in monies to us directly. All move in monies will be taken from Goodlord, our online lettings and pre-tenancy administration provider. If you do receive a request from ‘us’ requesting payment of the move in monies to be paid directly to us, please contact our office immediately to verify our bank details. Complete will not take responsibility if you transfer funds to the wrong bank account.
Whilst we endeavour to always deliver the highest standards of service to our clients, issues do arise from time to time where there may be cause for concern or complaint. Your initial point of contact at Complete will always try and resolve any issues with you directly. Tenant and Client Money Protection
Complete Prime Residential are members of UKALA, our membership number for London office is 190227 and for our Manchester office is 188709, which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of TPO, The Property Ombudsman, our membership number is D7428, which is a redress scheme. A copy of our certificate can be accessed here, which will be updated annually and replaced as and when our membership with UKALA is renewed. Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions
Complete Prime Residential will run marketing campaigns and incentives to support our clients from time to time. And, during such campaigns and incentives, specific terms and conditions will be applicable.
