Bespoke Furnishing and design
Our experienced professionals will work with you in advance of property completion to advise and arrange on furnishing and design services. We will offer hand-picked furniture packages most suitable to your budget and the development, in a range of local and international styles.
Lettings
We prepare a comprehensive valuation and appraisal and launch an extensive marketing campaign across all major property portals prior to the completion of the development, securing tenants before the property is ready for occupation.
Our comprehensive lettings service covers the preparation of floorplans and professional photography for use in marketing campaigns, coordination of viewings and inspections carried out by experienced lettings negotiators. We also cover management of referencing, applications, approvals and drafting tenancy agreements.
Property management
With a significant number of units totalling over $0.9bn under our management, our experienced global property management team will manage the asset on your behalf throughout its lifecycle. Your designated property manager will ensure compliance with relevant checks, inspections and certification, rent collection and management of accounts. They will liaise with tenants, addressing and resolving maintenance enquiries and repairs with 24-hour support. You will receive monthly statements and annual income and expenditure reports, all available through our bespoke online portal, Complete Access.
Sales
Our global residential property experts have access to an international network of both local and international homebuyers and investors, and are best placed to advise on the sale of your property. Our sales negotiators will manage the process from negotiation to completion, and assist in legal and financial matters as necessary.
