Nicola is Managing Director of Complete, bringing 22 years of experience in the property sector.
Having begun her career as an assistant, she has progressed through a broad range of roles across local, national, and global organisations. This journey has equipped her with extensive industry knowledge and a strong track record of delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments.
Nicola is recognised for her hands-on, people-focussed leadership style, commercial acumen, and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and teams alike. She is ARLA qualified and successfully combines her strategic oversight with operational insight, ensuring Complete continues to deliver consistent performance and service excellence across all markets.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys travelling and spending quality time with friends and family.
Anna is Head of Group Operations and Compliance, with over 20 years of experience in the housing and real estate sector.
She began her career with one of London’s largest registered social landlords and later joined Complete while based in Hong Kong. Since returning to London, Anna has progressed through several senior roles within the business, most recently focusing on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-market governance. ARLA qualified, her expertise ensures that Complete operates to the highest professional and compliance standards across all offices.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring art, and maintaining a regular yoga practice.
Shaun brings over 20 years of experience within the residential property sector, with a strong background in both customer service and operational leadership. Prior to joining the senior leadership team, he held positions including Head of Property Management and Senior Property Manager, building extensive expertise across lettings, compliance, and portfolio management.
As Associate Director, Shaun oversees Property Management, Sales & Lettings, and Compliance within our London office. ARLA qualified, he provides strategic oversight while ensuring consistent service standards, regulatory excellence, and operational efficiency across departments.
Outside of work, Shaun enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in motorsports and outdoor sports. Originally from South Africa, he brings an international perspective to his role within Complete.
Ryan is Team Leader of our Manchester office. Born and raised in the city, he brings strong local market knowledge alongside over a decade of industry experience, having worked in property since 2014 and with Complete since 2019.
Ryan leads the Manchester team with a focus on accountability, problem-solving, and operational efficiency. He is ARLA qualified and is committed to delivering a responsive, service-driven experience for landlords and tenants alike.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys training at the gym, spending time with family, listening to heavy metal music, and supporting Manchester United.
Michaela is Team Leader of our Birmingham office and has been part of the business since its opening in 2018. With over 12 years’ experience in lettings and property management and being ARLA qualified, she brings strong technical knowledge and a practical, hands-on approach to managing residential portfolios.
Michaela is passionate about delivering high service standards and building long-term client relationships.
Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and spending time with her loved ones.
