Condition and Compliance Recording 

• Accurate meter readings for gas, electricity, and water are taken and recorded. 

• A high-resolution photographic schedule of condition is compiled to benchmark the property’s exact state at the point of handover. 

• Confirmation is provided that essential safety measures, including smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms, are properly installed and fully functional. 

Landlord Reporting
