Landlords’ Rent Protection Service

Our Rent Protection Service offers landlords peace of mind by ensuring rental income continuity where tenants have passed referencing criteria. This service fee is automatically included for all new tenancies unless you opt out when accepting a rental offer. More information is available upon request.

Eligibility:
Available to landlords where their tenant (and any guarantor, if applicable) has passed referencing or achieved a conditional pass. This policy can also be taken mid-tenancy if there have been no rent arrears of more than one month in the past 12 months and no other tenancy breaches.
