In 2025, our portfolios demonstrated strong performance. We currently maintain a 99% occupancy rate, with current average yields exceeding 5% across the portfolio. The highest yield was achieved in Salford at 7.55% within The Crossbank development, followed by London at 7.22% in Carlton House. Additionally, we successfully completed and now manage 79 new units across 10 developments.
