Complete Prime Residential has been shortlisted for Residential Agency of the Year at the Manchester Property Awards 2026. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 6 November 2026.
The Manchester Property Awards Criteria
The Manchester Property Awards are delivered by UK Business Events Ltd, an established media and events company operating across housing, construction and innovation. Our evidence-led entry covered five areas: business overview and activity in Greater Manchester, transaction performance and market share, client service and retention, innovation, and evidence of growth or competitive advantage.
Judged independently against the criteria, the submission required us to substantiate our performance with detailed commercial metrics, examples of innovation and clear evidence of customer impact. Being shortlisted for Residential Agency of the Year is therefore a significant commendation of our Manchester team’s sustained portfolio performance, customer-led service and contribution to raising standards across Greater Manchester’s residential property sector.
Complete Prime Residential received the Silver Award for Property Management Company of the Year in 2025, having also been named a finalist in the same category in 2024.
These achievements recognise the strength of our property management service across every area assessed in the entry process from our client and portfolio expertise to our systems, service capacity, staff development and measurable business progress. Supported by verifiable results, customer feedback and detailed evidence, they reflect the practical local knowledge, clear communication and experienced team behind every property and portfolio we manage.
The Negotiator Awards Criteria
The Negotiator Awards require companies to complete a detailed six-part entry form, with a written response of up to 500 words for each question. Entrants must explain their company history and services; client base and managed properties; systems, innovations and property-to-manager ratios; staff recruitment, training, qualifications and development; business progress over the previous 12 months, supported by verifiable facts, figures and evidence of customer satisfaction; and any further achievements that strengthen their case for the award. Supporting documents are also submitted for each section to substantiate the information provided.
An independent panel of experienced residential property professionals then reviews the full submission and its supporting evidence. Judges assess the quality, credibility and overall strength of each entry, carrying out further enquiries where necessary before selecting the finalists.
