Anna is Head of Group Operations and Compliance, with over 20 years of experience in the housing and real estate sector.
She began her career with one of London’s largest registered social landlords and later joined Complete while based in Hong Kong. Since returning to London, Anna has progressed through several senior roles within the business, most recently focusing on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-market governance. ARLA qualified, her expertise ensures that Complete operates to the highest professional and compliance standards across all offices.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring art, and maintaining a regular yoga practice.
