Anna heads up Group Operation and Compliance for the Complete Group. ARLA qualified, Anna’s responsible for the management of clients with an international investment portfolio, previously spending time in Hong Kong. Latterly Anna spearheads the running and growth of the lettings, sales and property management services internationally. She is based in the Complete London office.
Nicola manages sales, lettings and property management operations in Manchester and UK regions. Nicola has over 15+ years’ experience within the property industry with award winning service and commitment to clients. With her creative background and management style, Nicola leads a dynamic team.
Shaun has over 17+ years’ industry experience, with a broad and extensive background in customer service and property management as a previous Head of Property Management and a Senior Property Manager. Shaun joins Complete overseeing our Property Management and Compliance departments in the capacity of Associate Director, he is an experienced property professional and ARLA qualified.
Iwona has worked across various roles within the company, during this time she has headed up the property management team in London as well as overseeing our lettings operations in Germany and assisted with the rest of UK. Iwona has now moved across to Complete’s finance team and is Client Accounts Manager.
Winnie joined Complete as Senior Client Services Executive, with previous experiences in customer servicing roles. Winne serves our mainly Chinese speaking customers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of property management services to clients.
