Once complete, The Loom at Vulcan Mill will be home to 101 one and two bedroom apartments and is the last phase of the Vulcan and Albion Mills transformation. The development boasts excellent transport links as it’s only 100 meters from New Islington trams stop, providing direct access to some of Manchester key attractions, universities and venues, including Manchester Piccadilly, Deansgate-Castlefield, the Etihad Campus, Salford Quays, and MediaCity UK.
All apartments will be finished to an extremely high specification throughout, yet in keeping with Vulcan Mill’s original design. Each of the apartments will benefit from an open-plan kitchen and living room, and fully fitted bathroom suites and en-suite bathrooms (for the two bedroom apartments).
We are anticipating that apartments will be ready for occupation in early Spring 2020. Rental prices will start from £775 per calendar month for one bedroom apartments and £950 per calendar month for two bedroom apartments, additional permitted tenancy fees will apply.
