The Manchester residential property market has experienced significant growth, with a spate of new developments completing, under construction or being granted planning as the demand for high quality, centrally located homes increases. Complete have secured lettings and management agreements in three of the newest developments in Manchester: The Assembly situated within the First Street development, Rivergate House at the newly created Wilburn basin area of the city, and former warehouse conversion at Harter Street on the edge of China Town. Complete continue to establish relationships and develop proposals to secure additional units.
