Horizon Ilford | Update on Development Progress
As the development comes to completion, we bring a snappy update on progress on site at the Horizon Ilford.
The property management team in London have been preparing for completions, and we are already on site snagging and preparing hand overs for those units under our management.
Snagging is going well and the development is finished to a great standard. We’ve not had any major issues in the units that we have snagged so far, and across the site, work is almost complete with just the external courtyards and terraces being finished off now.
The kitchens and bathrooms are great, the living spaces themselves are light and airy. This will be a great place to live. It’s a really nice development.

Horizon Ilford is a landmark new residential tower minutes from cosmopolitan Ilford’s future Crossrail station, with its striking design inspired by Ilford’s photography and telecommunications-industry heritage, and is situated only seventeen minutes away from London’s Liverpool Street by train.

The Elizabeth Line will make journeys much quicker, with Canary Wharf just 17 minutes away, Bond Street reachable within 25 minutes and Paddington with 30 minutes. Heathrow Airport will be less than an hour away.
