Complaints Policy

Whilst we endeavor to always deliver the highest standards of service to our clients, issues do arise from time to time where there may be cause for concern or complaint. Your initial point of contact at Complete will always try and resolve any issues with you directly. Tenant Protection

Complete Prime Residential is a member of UKALA  which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of TPO, The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme.
